Cancellations & Refunds
As many of our products are baked fresh to order, we regret that once an order placed it’s only possible to cancel within two hours. Please contact us by telephone or email, refunds by consent of Simply Cornish. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders.
Website Accuracy
Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are correct. In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. We apologise if this is the case.
Complaints Procedure
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within one working day.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, ,Severe Weather or other causes beyond the control of Simply Cornish.
