Cornish Pilchard Fillets in a Rich Tomato Sauce

These tasty Cornish pilchard fillets are put together by The Pilchard Works in Cornwall in collaboration with the world's oldest sardine cannery in Brittany.

The fish were caught one evening, by small vessels using approved and sustainable fishing techniques. They have been tinned with the tastiest tomatoes.
