Only the best apples are picked, pressed and fermented to produce this light and dry Aval. Ideally enjoyed with lunch, light foods, shellfish, and lazy Cornish days with friends and family.
Polgoon uses the 'Mèthode Traditionelle' method of secondary bottle fermentation, which the French have used for years to produce some of their finest sparkling wines!
