This deep flavoured red wine was made from specially selected, hand picked Rondo, Triomphe, Domfelder and Pinot Noir grapes. A long cold maceration time allowed maximum fruit extraction and a pleasing cherry colour. It's the perfect partner for Cornish cheeses or Cornish pasties. Suitable for vegetarians.
