Stem Ginger Organic Fudge

At Roskilly's Jersey cows graze freely in the meadows round the farm; their diet of lush grass produces the creamiest organic milk, which is turned into clotted cream in the farm’s kitchen.  

Roskilly's cream is then used within fudge room to create traditional melt-in-the-mouth fudge cubes. Some fudge batches are flavoured before they are poured into moulds – organic stem ginger, for example – while other batches are flavoured only with rich clotted cream. Nothing else is needed. All of the Roskilly’s fudge is Soil Association certified and available in 100g bags. A limited range is also available in 200g boxes.
